Waltham - Mrs. Helen M. (Fitzpatrick) Wybieralla, of Waltham, died Monday, March 14, 2011 in her home. She was 89.
Helen was born on November 27, 1921, a daughter of the late George and Delia (Foley) Fitzpatrick and had been a Waltham resident since 1954. She was a homemaker and a longtime member of the Ladies Sodality at both Saint Luke’s Church in Belmont and Our Lady Comforter of the Afflicted Church in Waltham. She enjoyed traveling, bingo, bowling, going to the beach and took great pleasure in her card and sewing clubs.
She leaves her son, George A. Wybieralla and his wife, Mary of Belmont; her daughter, Debra M. Sillari and her husband, Ralph, of Lexington; seven grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Helen was the wife of the late Anton Richard Wybieralla and also the sister of the late James , Anna, and Theresa Fitzpatrick
Family and friends will honor and remember Helen’s life by gathering for calling hours in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte.20), Waltham on Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. and again at 8 a.m. on Friday morning before leaving in procession to Saint Luke’s Church, 132 Lexington Street, Belmont where her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Burial will follow in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne at 12:30 p.m.
