Ingrid 'Innie' Seepersad

Hyde Park – Mrs. Ingrid 'Innie' (Ramnarine) Seepersad, of Hyde Park, died Saturday, April 13, 2019 at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. She was 54.

Ingrid was born in Diego Martin, Trinidad on January 10, 1965, a daughter of Sumitra Hospedales of Milton and the late Dindyal Ramnarine. She moved with her family to the United States in 1996 and has lived in Hyde Park for more than ten years.

Beloved by all, Ingrid worked for years as a nanny in private homes in the area and delighted being with her family. Her exceptional baking and cooking skills made every get-together special. The annual family summertime cricket match was always followed by a feast at her home.

She leaves her husband, Ignatius Seepersad; her daughters, Chenara Seepersad of New York City and Arianna Seepersad of Hyde Park; her siblings, Rena Ramdial of Milton, Gale Ramnarine of Mattapan, Sunil Ramnarine of Trinidad, Rachael Mirata of Weymouth and Avinash Hospedales of San Francisco, California; her brother-in-law, Dave Plaza and many nieces, nephews, cousins and their families, including Liza Llanos.

Family and friends will honor and remember Ingrid's life by gathering to visit at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 19th in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham where her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Committal services will follow in Newton Cemetery Chapel.
