Isabelle F. Morreale

Waltham - Mrs. Isabelle (Voner) Morreale, 82, passed away on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 in the comfort of her family home.

She leaves her beloved husband of 62 years, Frank Morreale, Jr. of Waltham.

Isabelle was the daughter of the late Frank and Francesca (Ceraudo) Voner of Newton. She was born and raised in Newton prior to moving to Waltham in 1959 where she and her husband Frank raised their six children - Frank J. Morreale III, Michael Morreale, Catherine Starr and her husband Marc, Ken Morreale and his wife Ginny, Paul Morreale and wife Kelly and Jeanne Morreale-Fleming.

Isabelle was blessed with ten grandchildren: Alicia (Starr) Gray and her husband Ryan, Jeffrey Starr, Stephanie, Stephen, Nicholas Morreale, Samantha Morreale, Victoria and Anthony Morreale, Brendan and Isabella Fleming; and her great-grandchildren Mason and Brayden Gray.

She also leaves several nieces, nephews and their families.

She is survived by her brother Victor Voner and was predeceased by her siblings Paul Voner, Mary (Voner) D'Alessio, Nancy (Voner) Cavallo, John, Frank, Joseph, Thomas, Fred, Albert and Alfred Voner, and Rose (Voner) Morrison.

Isabelle cherished spending time with her family. She loved cooking for her family, hosting and making all of the holidays a special time, was an avid gardener, loved to read, played a mean game of scrabble and enjoyed family time at the beaches of Cape Cod and in Maine.

Family and friends will honor and remember Isabelle by gathering for calling hours in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham, on Sunday, May 23rd from 2 to 5 p.m.

Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, May 24, 2021 at 10 a.m. in Saint Mary's Church, 133 School Street, Waltham. Burial will be private.
