Waltham – Mrs. Jacqueline F. Kempinski, of Waltham, died Thursday, August 27, 2015 at the Leland Home in Waltham. She was 93.
Jacqueline was born in Waltham on August 24, 1922, a daughter of the late John and Gertrude (O'Reilly) Percy. She was a graduate of St. Mary's High School in Waltham and later worked as an office administrator at McLean Hospital in Belmont for 25 years. After residing in Lincoln and in Sudbury she moved back to Waltham more than twenty years ago.
She was predeceased by her husband Leo A. Kempinski Jr. and leaves her niece, Patricia Chiavaris, her nephew, Ronald Percy of Mashpee and several grandnieces and grandnephews.
Jacqueline was the sister of the late Whitcomb Percy and Agatha "Diane" Maher.
Family and friends will honor and remember Jacqueline's life by gathering to visit at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday morning, August 29th in Our Lady Comforter of the Afflicted Church, 880 Trapelo Road, Waltham where her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham.
