Jacqueline Stoff

Waltham – Mrs. Jacqueline (McEachern) Stoff, of Waltham, died on Saturday, August 28, 2021 in Meadowgreen Nursing Home. She was 80.

Jackie was born in Boston on June 25, 1941, the daughter of the late Donald and Adelaid (Pollock) McEachern. After graduating from Waltham High School she earned her nursing degree from Long Island Hospital School of Nursing in Boston. She had a long and successful career and helped many patients from Waltham Hospital to the Dr. C. Benjamin Fuller Infirmary on South Street and before her retirement through hospice care. She was creative by nature and enjoyed crocheting, sewing and painting. She enjoyed staying active and had been a member of the Salvation Army in Waltham.

She was the wife of the late Phillipp Stoff and is survived by her son, David A. McEachern of Waltham; her siblings, Robert McEachern of Warren and Marilynn Stanhope of Central Falls, Rhode Island; her grandson, Frederick W.A. Young McEachern and also leaves nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will honor and remember Jackie's life by gathering for her Funeral Service on Saturday, September 4th at 11 a.m. in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street, Waltham. Burial will follow in Mt. Feake Cemetery, Waltham.
