Mrs. Janice D. Smolinsky of Waltham died peacefully on Friday, August 16, 2019 in Mt. Auburn Hospital, Cambridge. She was 83.
Janice loved to help care for her children and grandchildren and in her younger years she had been a Girl Scout leader. She enjoyed her job as a host at the McDonald's on Main Street in Waltham where she was a familiar face for over 13 years.
She was the wife of Edward J. Smolinsky and also leaves her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and their families.
Funeral services were held privately.
