Jean O. (Keefe) Arsenault

Waltham – Mrs. Jean O. (Keefe) Arsenault, of Waltham, died Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at Lahey Clinic in Burlington. She was 84.

Jean was born in Waltham on December 22, 1932, a daughter of the late Henry and Josie (Chiasson) Keefe, and moved as an infant with her family to Waterford, Nova Scotia where she was raised.

In February, 1954 she married Waterford native William J. Arsenault and eight months later the pair moved to Waltham where they became lifelong residents. They enjoyed summer trips 'back home' to Waterford and Jean will long be remembered for her joyous sense of humor.

In addition to her husband of sixty-four years, William, she leaves her grandson, Brian Pikarski and his wife, Haley, and their son, Logan.

Jean was the mother of the late Lynn M. Arsenault.

Family and friends will honor and remember Jean's life by gathering for calling hours in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham on Monday, October 9th from 4 to 8 p.m. and again on Tuesday morning when her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham.
