Jessie D. Nally

Waltham – Mrs. Jessie D. (Woodland) Nally, of Waltham, died Saturday, November 17, 2007 at Newton Health Care Center. She was 65. Born in New Waterford, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, a daughter of the late Henry and Catherine (Grace) Woodland, she had been a resident of Waltham for the past fifty years. Until her retirement, Jessie worked for twenty years at Joseph’s II Restaurant in Waltham and she will be remembered by her family as a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. The wife of the late William L. Nally, she leaves her children, William H. Nally and his wife, Lillia, of Los Angeles, California, Cheryl A. Wolfe and her husband, Doug, of Norfolk, Catherine E. Brennan and her husband, Paul, of Nashua, New Hampshire, Susan M. Giugno and her husband, Jim, of Waltham and Derek W. Nally of Boston; her grandchildren, Lillie and Billie Nally, Jonathan and Jeffrey LeBlanc, Madison Brennan and Sydney and James Giugno; one brother, Wayne Woodland of New Brunswick and many nieces and nephews. She was also a sister of the late Reggie Woodland. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral at 9 a.m. Saturday from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint Mary’s Church, 133 School Street, Waltham at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Mount Feake Cemetery, Waltham. Visiting hours are Friday from 6 to 8 p.m.
