John J. Driscoll

Upton – Mr. John J. Driscoll, of Upton, formerly of Waltham, died Monday, November 7, 2016 at his home. He was 56.

John was born in Waltham on June 22, 1960, a son of the late John J. and Irene M. (Beaucage) Driscoll. He was a 1978 graduate of Waltham High School and attended Wentworth Institute in Boston.

He was long involved with theatre groups in Upton and had a love for the outdoors. He was a camper, hunter and a pretty good fisherman.

He leaves his sisters, Debra A. Lewis and her husband, Kenneth, of Pembroke, New Hampshire and Patricia M. Driscoll of Marlborough; his nephews, Kenny and Ryan Lewis; his aunts, Jeanne Savoia of Medford and Loris Murray of Arlington and several cousins.

John was also the brother of the late David J. Driscoll.

Family and friends will honor and remember John's life by gathering for calling hours in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham on Wednesday, November 16th from 5 to 8 p.m. and again on Thursday morning when his funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemeterey, Waltham.
