Waltham – Mr. John L. Miller, of Waltham, died Thursday, July 31, 2014 in Newton-Wellesley Hospital. He was 68.
John was born in Nova Scotia, Canada on February 6, 1946, a son of the late Alphonse and Annie Rose (Delaney) Miller. He came to the United States in 1963 and was employed by Shawmut Construction. He was a member of the Laborers Union, Local No. 560 in Waltham.
He is survived by his siblings, Myles Miller, Mary Rebecca Butts, Michael Alexander (Mickey) Miller, Willena Rose Herndier, Archie Miller, Sharon Armbruster, Christena Miller, Marian Huber, Ids Miller-Allen, Frank Miller Ron Miller, Margaret "Maggie" Graff, Florence Miller, James Gregory "Greg" Miller, Chisholm Miller and Nora Bressler and many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
John was also the brother of the late Patrick Joseph, Gerald, Sarah Josephine and Geraldine Miller.
Funeral services for John are private.
