Waltham Mr. John T. Nedza of Waltham died Wednesday, March 1, 2006 at Mount Auburn Hospital, Cambridge. He was 88. Born in Winthrop, Maine, a son of the late Robert and Mary (Krause) Nedza, he lived in Waltham for more than seventy years. Until his retirement he worked as a custodian for the federal government in Boston. Before that he was a baker at Barbara-Ann Bakery in Waltham. During World War II, John served with the United States Army. He leaves his wife, J. Mary (Navitski) Nedza; two grand-daughters, Lisa OConnor of Somerville and Christine Parise of Orlando, Florida; his son-in-law, Mario Parise of Waltham; two sisters, Veronica Perilli of Bolton and Helen Franks of Waltham and many nieces and nephews. John was the father of the late Elaine M. Parise and a brother of the late Stanley, Joseph and Walter Nedza. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral at 8 a.m. Saturday from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint Marys Church, 133 School Street, Waltham at 9 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham. Visiting hours are Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
