Joseph J. Ferro

Mr. Joseph J. Ferro of Holliston, formerly of Waltham, died Friday, November 21, 2008 in the Metrowest Medical Center in Framingham. He was 87. Born in Waltham, Joe had lived in Holliston for the past five years. He was the former owner and operator of Main Street Variety in Waltham. Joe was the son of the late Salvatore and Carmela (Biondo) Ferro. He leaves his beloved children, Jean Ferro of Lunnenburg, David H. Ferro of Spring Hill, FL, Peter Ferro of Littleton, NH and Edward J. Ferro of Tampa, FL; his former wife, Marjorie Eldridge of Holliston, nine grandchildren and one great grandchild. Relatives and friends are invited attend Funeral Services on Monday at 11 am in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street, (Rte. 20) Waltham. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham. Visiting hours will be held prior to the service from 9-11 am.
