Karen L. Fazio

Waltham - Mrs. Karen L. (Blanchette) Fazio, of Waltham, died Monday, April 23, 2007 at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. She was 60. Born in Springfield, a daughter of John and Carmen (Helie) Blanchette of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, she had lived in Waltham for forty years. Karen worked for many years as a quality control inspector for the Raytheon Corporation. In addition to her parents, Karen leaves her husband, Paul L. Fazio, one son, John H. Stackpole of Waltham; two brothers, John Blanchette of Revere and David Blanchette of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; one sister, Janice LeClair of Revere and many nieces and nephews. Realtives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass for Karen on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. in Saint Jude Church, 147 Main Street Waltham. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Rosies Place, 889 Harrison Avenue, Boston, MA 02118.
