Jackson Township, NJ Mrs. Kathleen (Golden) Clarke of Jackson Township, NJ died Friday, September 5, 2003 in CentraState Medical Center in Freehold, NJ. She was 104. Born in Waltham, Mrs. Clarke had lived in Auburndale before moving to Jackson Township ten years ago where she was a communicant of Saint Monicas Church and where she was the oldest parishioner. Mrs. Clarke was employed by New England Telephone Company as a telephone operator for almost 31 years, retiring in 1963. Mrs. Clarke was the wife of the late Thomas F. Clarke and a sister of the late Clare Ferrick Murphy, Marguerite Dolan, Marion Golden, Helen Riley and Leo Golden. She is survived by her children, John Leo Clarke of Jackson Township NJ, Marie Charleton Siwick of Tucson AZ, and Ann Clarke Harber of Framingham; 15 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; and 7 great-great grandchildren. The Funeral will be held at 9 a.m. Friday from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Corpus Christi Church, 41 Ash Street, Auburndale at 10 am. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham. Visiting hours will be on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.
