Kathy A. Connaughton

Waltham – Miss Kathy A. Connaughton of Waltham died Wednesday, November 17, 2004, her 47th birthday. Kathy was a lifelong Waltham resident. She designed and built bird feeders for Hyde Bird Feeder Company in Waltham for fifteen years under the Greater Waltham Association for Retarded Citizens program. The daughter of the late Rita A. (Davock) Connaughton, Kathy is survived by her father, Patrick J. Connaughton of Waltham; her sister, Maureen T. Coy and her husband Brendan, of Waltham; her brothers, Kevin M. Connaughton and his wife Suzanne, of Lowell, Richard P. Connaughton and his wife Lisa, of Bolton, and John J. Connaughton and his spouse Brian McGinn, of Pembroke; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Friday morning from 10 to 11 a.m. in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham followed by a Graveside Service in Calvary Cemetery, 250 High Street, Waltham at 11:15 a.m. Donations in Kathy’s memory to Beaverbrook Step Inc., 125 Walnut Street, Watertown, MA 02472 would be appreciated.
