Kathy M. "Nanny" (Casey) MacDougall

Waltham - Ms. Kathy M. "Nanny" (Casey) MacDougall of Waltham quietly succumbed to cancer in Concord on Saturday, September 28, 2019. She was 77. Kathy was born on September 27, 1942 in Brighton. She grew up in Brighton, then as an adult, resided in Maynard and Waltham.

Kathy worked in dining services as well as the bookstore at Brandeis University in Waltham.

She is survived by her children, Christopher Casey of Trexeltown, Pennsylvania, Holly MacDougall of Leominster and Derek MacDougall, of Holden; her grandchildren, Tess, Emily, Bridget and Owen; her brothers and sisters, Patty Sweeney, Margaret Casey, Tom Casey, Mary Casey, Jimmy Casey, Paul Casey, Joanne Boyle and Stephen Casey and her former husband, Don MacDougall.

Kathy was also the sister of the late Brian Casey and Kenneth Casey.

Family and friends will honor and remember Kathy's life by gathering at 10 am in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street, (Rte. 20), Waltham on Thursday, October 10th, where her funeral service will be held at 11 am.
