Waltham - Dr. Knut Langsetmo, of Waltham, died Wednesday, August 21, 2013 in the Spaulding Hospital in Cambridge. He was 59.
Dr. Langsetmo was born in Norway on August 23, 1953, a son of Peder and Kirsten (Krog) Langsetmo of Minneapolis, Minnesota. He earned a PhD in Biology and was a scientist at Ipsen Phaumaceutical.
In addition to his parents he leaves his wife, Audrey A. Borus; his daughter, Signe Halle Langsetmo; his brother, Arne Langsetmo and his wife, Kris Metza, of California; his sisters, Ingrid Parabok and her husband, Steve, of California, Ellen Langsetmo of Minneapolis and Lisa Langsetmo and her husband, Vojkan Jaksic, of Montreal, Canada and four nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 21st, at 1 p.m. in the First Unitarian Society of Newton, 1326 Washington Street in Newton.
