Waltham – Mrs. Lenora A. (Crabbe) Moody of Waltham died Wednesday August 11, 2004 in Newton-Wellesley Hospital. She was 84. Born in Newfoundland, Canada a daughter of the late William and Euphemia (MacNeil) Crabbe, she worked for thirty-five years as a health care worker at the Walter E. Fernald School in Waltham. She enjoyed knitting. She was the sister of the late Frank Gillis, Mary Ona McIsaac, Rita Kennedy, and step-mother of the late Basil Moody. She is survived by her daughter, Sharon A. Jones and her husband Phil of Waltham, her step-daughter, Sheila Crehan of Tewksbury, 8 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. The Funeral will be held at 9 a.m. Monday from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte.20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Our Lady Comforter of the Afflicted Church, 880 Trapelo Road, Waltham at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham. Visiting hours are Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Stohlman Foundation, 231 Hardy Pond Road, Waltham, MA 02451.
