Lillian Carroll

Waltham- Mrs. Lillian (LeBlanc) Carroll of Waltham died Thursday January 8, 2004 in Saint Elizabeth’s Medical Center, Brighton. She was 96. Born in Cheticamp, Nova Scotia, a daughter of the late Laurent and Helene (Muise) LeBlanc, Mrs. Carroll was a resident of Waltham since 1930 where she worked as a domestic worker in private homes until her retirement. She was a long-time parishioner of Saint Mary’s Church in Waltham. Mrs. Carroll was the wife of the late Robert Carroll and a sister of the late Marie LeLievre, Annie Muise, Peter, Tom, Leo, Hubert, Alex, Jimmy and Willie LeBlanc. She is survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews here and in Canada. The Funeral will be held at 8 a.m. Saturday from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint Mary’s Church, 133 School Street, Waltham at 9 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham. Visiting hours are Friday 5-8 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
