Waltham - Mrs. Louise T. (Clancy) Hardiman of Waltham died Thursday, November 17, 2005 at her home. She was 92. Born in Newton, a daughter of the late Richard J. and Catherine L. (Veno) Clancy, she was a graduate of Newton High School. Mrs. Hardiman was a homemaker and became an avid golfer after raising her family. She had been a member of Needham Golf Club. The wife of the late James J. Hardiman, she leaves her children, Janet A. Cahill of Sebastian, FL, Robert J. Hardiman and his wife Judy of Waltham, Patricia M. Clasby and her husband Joseph of Acton, Louise J. Vanderslice and her husband James of Austin, TX, James J. Hardiman, Jr. and his wife Mary of Waltham and Rita Hardiman of Hadley; two sisters-in-law, Irene Hallaran of Waltham and Loretta Clancy of West Newton; 21 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was a sister of the late Frederick, Richard and Joseph Clancy, Margaret Shaughnessy, Mary Burke and Catherine Rice. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral at 9 a.m. Monday from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint Marys Church, 133 School Street, Waltham at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Newton Cemetery.
