Waltham- Mrs. Louise (Abbondanzio) Maselli of Waltham died Wednesday May 5, 2004 in Mount Auburn Hospital, Cambridge. She was 91. Born in Fondi, Italy a daughter of the late Onorato and Rosa (Locario) Abbondanzio, Mrs. Maselli came to the United States in 1930 living in Brghton and then moved to Waltham in 1934.Her favorite past time was making people happy and singing. Besides the love for her family her next best thing was cooking. Mrs. Maselli was the wife of the late Vincenzo M. Maselli, and sister of her late twin Iolanda, Gaetano, Onorato, Armando, Louis, Frank Abbondanzio and Mary Centola. She was the Beloved Mother of Peter Maselli and his wife Evelina of Midwest City, OK; Mary Rose Doucet of Onset, John Maselli of Waltham, his late twin sister Joanne Maselli, and Donna Maselli of Waltham, one sister Marguerite Antonellis of Waltham. Also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and many nieces and nephews. The Funeral will be held Monday at 8 a.m. from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte.20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint Mary’s Church 133 School Street, Waltham at 9 a.m. Burial will be in Newton Cemetery. Visiting hours Saturday and Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m Memorial donation’s may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association 36 Cameron Avenue Cambridge, Ma 02140.
