Framingham Mrs. Lucille A. (Collins) Brady, of Framingham, formerly of Waltham, died Monday, November 5, 2007 at Saint Patricks Manor, Framingham. She was 98. Born in Millville, a daughter of the late Michael J. and Mary A. (Harney) Brady, Lucille moved to Waltham in 1936 where she worked as a buyer for many years at Grover Cronins Department Store on Moody Street. She moved to Carmel Terrace in Framingham in 1996. Lucille had been a volunteer for Bingo and the Girl Scouts at Saint Marys Church in Waltham and also for the Waltham Council on Aging and at the former Waltham Hospital. She also did volunteer work for the Joseph F. Hill American Legion Post No. 156 in Waltham. Lucille had been a member of the Sweet Adelines, a musical group in Arlington and the choir at Saint Marys Church. She was the wife of the late Francis J. Brady and sister of the late Marguerite M. Collins and leaves many dear friends, including Therese Mascia of Westwood. Visiting hours will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Friday afternoon in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham. Lucilles Funeral Mass will be offered at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in Saint Patricks Manor Chapel, 863 Central Street, Framingham. Burial will follow in Saint Patricks Cemetery, Watertown. Visitation will also be held at Saint Patricks Chapel on Saturday morning prior to the Funeral Mass from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.
