M. Yvonne (Robichaud) Hebert

Mrs. M. Yvonne (Robichaud) Hebert of Ft. Pierce, FL, died Saturday, August 24, 2013, in the Lawnwood Medical Center in Ft. Pierce, Florida. She was 94. Mrs. Hebert was born in St. Marie, New Brunswick, Canada on March 20, 1919, a daughter of the late Fidele and Josephine (Maillett) Robichaud. She had lived in Waltham since 1936 before moving to Florida in 1995.

Yvonne had worked for the Raytheon Corporation in Waltham and Wayland for thirty-five years as a keypunch operator until her retirement at the age of 67, Previously, she worked for the Waltham Watch Company. She had been a parishioner of Saint Joseph's Church in Waltham.

Yvonne was the wife of the late Alcide J. Hebert, the mother of the late Roland G. Hebert and the sister of the late the late Edna Hebert, Henrietta Boisvert, Marie Arsenault, Aline Cavalier, Calixte Robichaud, and Arsene Robichaud.

She is survived by her children, Donald A. Hebert and his wife, Adrienne, of Ft. Pierce, FL and Melvin J. Hebert and his wife, Jan, of Nashua, NH; her brother, Alderic Robichaud of New Brunswick, Canada;her sisters, Nelida Allain, and Florence Cormier both of New Brunswick, Canada, and Diane Robichaud of Billerica.; nine grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will honor and remember Yvonne's life by gathering for calling hours on Thursday, August 29th, from 4-8 pm in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street, (Rte. 20), Waltham and again on Friday at 9 am before leaving in procession to Sacred Heart Church, 311 River Street, Waltham where her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 am. Burial will follow in Mount Feake Cemetery, Waltham.
