Madelyn H. Linnehan

Everett - Mrs. Madelyn H. (Doheney) Linnehan, of Everett, formerly of Waltham, died Saturday September 2, 2006 at Whidden Memorial Hospital, Everett. She was 80. Born in Waltham, a daughter of the late Dennis and Rachel (Fulton) Doheney, she lived in Waltham for many years before moving to Everett. Madelyn had a great sense of humor, enjoyed going to Foxwoods, taking care of family and friends and being around children. She was the wife of the late Edward Linnehan and sister of the late William, Phyllis, and Mildred Doheney, Marie Hart, and Dorothy McGovern. She leaves two sisters, Patricia A. Snow of Maynard and Marjorie L. Clark of Framingham, and many nieces and nephews whom she adored. The Funeral will be held Thursday at 9 a.m. from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in The Blessed Sacrament Chapel of Saint Charles Borromeo Church, 51 Hall Street, Waltham at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham.
