Margaret T. 'Peg' Ryan

Waltham – Ms. Margaret T. ‘Peg’ Ryan, of Waltham, died Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at Wingate at Brighton. She was 94.

Peg was born in Brighton on September 19, 1915, a daughter of the late Daniel and Margaret (Foley) Ryan, and had lived in Waltham for the past forty-five years. She was a graduate of Brighton High School and had worked for over twenty-five years at Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford until her retirement.

She leaves two brothers, William Ryan and his wife, Mary, of Brighton and Daniel Ryan and his wife, Kay, of Bridgewater and many nieces and nephews.

Peg was also a sister of the late Maurice Ryan, Josephine Kasjanski, and Eileen Batori.

Family and friends will honor and remember Peg’s life by gathering to visit in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte.20), Waltham on Monday morning from 9 to 10 a.m. before leaving in procession to Saint Jude Church, 147 Main Street, Waltham where her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow in Saint Bernard’s Cemetery, Concord.
