Margaret Lorna White

Waltham – Mrs. Margaret Lorna (Lane) White, of Marlborough, formerly of Waltham, died Monday, October 22, 2007 at her home. She was 62. She was the wife of the late James G. White. Lorna was born on March 13, 1945 in Waltham, a daughter of the late Charles F. and Mary A. (Chiasson) Lane, and had been a lifelong resident before moving to Marlborough 9 years ago. She worked for many years as a bakery clerk at the Price Chopper store in Marlborough. Lorna enjoyed being with friends and talking with everyone she met. She also enjoyed singing, reading and listening to music. Lorna leaves her daughter, Danielle M. White of Mankato, Minnesota; two brothers, Charles Francis Lane and Robert Lane, both of Waltham; three sisters, Joan Caruso and Marie Sweeney, both of North Carolina and Shirley Welch of Florida and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral at 9 a.m. Saturday from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint Jude Church, 147 Main Street, Waltham at 10 a.m. Burial will be private. Visiting hours are Friday from 4 to 7 p.m.
