Marguerite R. Terrasi

Mrs. Marguerite R. Terrasi, of Waltham, died Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at Newton-Wellesley Hospital.  She was 87.

Marguerite was born in Waltham on December 21, 1935, a daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Passerello) Terrasi, and had been a lifelong resident.

She worked at Waltham Paper Bag Company and at LFE in Waltham before going to work at Hewlett-Packard where she spent many years at their Waltham plant and in North Andover before retiring.

A quiet and reserved woman, she found her greatest joy spending time with her beloved grandchildren and her two pet dogs.

She leaves her son, Neal F. Strongberg and his wife, Patty, of Waltham, her grandchildren, Stephenie and Karissa Strongberg and several nieces, nephews and their families.

Marguerite was also a sister of the late Joseph Terrasi, Eleanor DiPrima, Mary Delfino and Joanne Anderson.

Family and friends will honor and remember Marguerite’s life by gathering to visit from 9 to 10 a.m. on Saturday morning, November 25^th in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham before leaving in procession to Calvary Cemetery, 250 High Street, Waltham where graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m.
