Maria Boros

Mrs. Maria Boros, of Newton, formerly of Waltham, died Monday, March 26, 2007 at the Stone Institute in Newton. She was 91. Born in Budapest, Hungary, Maria had lived in Waltham for many years before moving to Newton. Until her retirement, she worked as an assembler for the Hewlett-Packard Company in Waltham. She leaves many friends, including Judy Powlesland and Carol Miller, both of Waltham. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 9:30 to 10 a.m.
