Marie Santoro

Waltham - Mrs. Marie (Plundier) Santoro of Waltham died Friday, February 13, 2004 at Lahey Clinic, Burlington. She was 86. Born in Boston, a daughter of the late Gerard and Pasqualina (Lucci) Plundier, she was a homemaker and lived in East Boston for many years before moving to Waltham 47 years ago. The wife of the late Costa C. ‘Chris’ Santoro, she leaves her daughter, Kristine M. Marcolina and her husband Alan of Waltham; her grandchildren, Ann Marie and Angela Marcolina; her sisters, Ame ‘Mildred’ Jannoni, Linda ‘Kelly’ Testa, both of Waltham and many nieces and nephews. She was also a sister of the late Antoinette Marcoccio, Robert and Donald Plundier. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral at 9 a.m. Wednesday from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Our Lady Comforter of the Afflicted Church, 880 Trapelo Road, Waltham at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham. Visiting hours are omitted.
