Marie A. Westerman

Waltham – Marie A. (Valiante) Westerman, of Waltham, died on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at Care Dimension Hospice House in Lincoln. She was 64.

Marie was born in Somerville on March 23, 1954, the daughter of the late Joseph P. and Thelma M. (Benoit) Valiante. She graduated from Waltham High School and had worked for many years as a secretary. She was a kind hearted woman and loved music; she especially enjoyed playing her guitar and singing.

She was the wife of the late David Westerman. Sister of Joseph R. Valiante (Ann) of Dracut. Aunt of Jeffrey Lanaville (Elizabeth) and Jason Lanaville (Rebecca). Great-Aunt of Parker and Abel and is also survived by her cousin, Steven Amato.

Family and friends will honor and remember Marie's life by gathering for her Graveside Service on Friday, January 18, 2019 at 1 p.m. in Mt. Feake Cemetery, 203 Prospect St., Waltham.
