Marjorie A. LeBlanc

December 7, 1928 — April 18, 2021

Waltham – Mrs. Marjorie A. (Langill) LeBlanc, of Waltham, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, April 18, 2021 following a period of declining health. She was 92.

Marjorie was born in Waltham on December 7, 1928, a daughter of the late Everett and Dorothy (Kingsbury) Langill. She was a graduate of Waltham High School and in 1950 she married Waltham native and World War II Navy vet Armand J. LeBlanc. The pair made Waltham their lifelong home and they enjoyed fifty-eight happy years together before his death in September, 2008.

After working during the early years of her marriage Marjorie became a full time mother to her seven children. Taking care of her husband, her children and her home became her passion and her joy. She found great delight in spending time with her children and grandchildren. An accomplished chef, interior decorator and self-styled fashionista, Marjorie whispered elegance in all that she did. A cup of tea with a sweet completed her day.

She was the beloved wife of the late Armand J. LeBlanc and is survived by her children, Peter E. LeBlanc (Sheila) of Waltham, Jane R. Sheils (James) of Thornton, New Hampshire, Nancy J. LeBlanc of Waltham, Dana P. LeBlanc of Waltham, Sara A. Horne (Joseph) of Merrimack, New Hampshire, Margot J. Pritchard (Thomas) of Milton and Kristen N. Fitzgerald (Douglas) of Milton; her grandchildren, Melissa Fox (George), Peter LeBlanc Jr., Kaitlyn McGurrin (Sean), Meredith Sheils, Brendan Sheils, Ashley Moya (Andrew), Chad Horne, Susan Fitzgerald, Kendall Fitzgerald and Kiley Fitzgerald; her great-grandchildren, Jack, Madelyn and Ella Fox, Ryan, Shane and Ayla McGurrin, Jayden Moya and Bradley and Brayden Horne and her sister, Judith Eagan of Waltham.
