Marjorie A. (McShane) Pageau

Waltham – Mrs. Marjorie A. (McShane) Pageau, of Waltham, died at home on Saturday, January 11, 2020 following a period of declining health. She was 81.

Margie was born in Brighton on March 28, 1938, a daughter of the late Joseph and Theresa (Hardiman) McShane, and had been a lifelong Waltham resident.

She worked for years as a waitress at several area restaurants including The Heritage, Brigham's and Waltham Spa where she made many lifelong friends among co-workers and customers. She and her husband Ray enjoyed traveling the country and Margie especially enjoyed trips to New England casinos and to Vegas.

Marjorie leaves her husband, Raymond A. Pageau; her children, Lawrence Pageau of Waltham and Alfred Moniz of Las Vegas, Nevada and many nieces, nephews and their families.

She was a sister of the late Gerard McShane, Muriel Parker and Catherine Creamer.

Family and friends will honor and remember Marjorie's life by gathering for calling hours on Thursday, January 16th from 4 to 7 p.m. in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham where her funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. Burial will be private.
