Mary J. Cullen

Waltham- Mrs. Mary J. (Caramanica) Cullen of Waltham died Wednesday January 19, 2005 in her home. She was 89. Born in Waltham, a daughter of the late Michael and Pasqualina (Mastantuono) Caramanica, she worked for many years at the Waltham Watch Factory. She was the wife of the late James A. Cullen, and sister of the late Bertha Scipione, Viola Carme, Catherine Feeley, Michael, Nicholas, Ernest, and Albert Caramanica. She leaves her daughter, Phyllis J. Russo and her husband Raymond F. of Waltham; her grandchildren, with whom she enjoyed spending lots of time, Raymond F. Russo and his wife Jamie of Nashua, NH, Elizabeth Fairweather and her husband James of Maynard, and David S. Russo and his wife Lesley of Charleston, WV; and her great-grandchildren, who she loved very much, Justine and Jason Russo, Matthew, Amanda, and Danielle Fairweather and Nicholas Russo and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral at 9 a.m. Monday from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte.20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, 311 River Street, Waltham at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham. Visiting hours are Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
