Mary J. Kantowski

Acton � Ms. Mary J. Kantowski, of Acton, formerly of Waltham, died Thursday, August 27, 2009 at her home. She was 52. Mary was born in Waltham on May 5, 1957 and was a daughter of Anita G. (LeBlanc) Malvey of Littleton and the late Leonard Kantowski. She was raised in Waltham where she graduated from high school and had lived in Belmont before moving to Acton eleven years ago. She was also a member of the Masons. Mary worked as a registered nurse, most recently at Winchester Nursing Home. In addition to her mother, Mary leaves her daughter, Emily J. Kantowski of Waltham; her sisters and brother, Elizabeth Distasio of Acton, Eugene Kantowski of Manchester, New Hampshire, Diane Renault of Salem, Laura Beltrami of Littleton and Melissa Morse of Acton and many nieces and nephews. She was also a sister of the late Leonard Kantowski. Family and friends will honor and remember Mary�s life by gathering for a graveside service at 11 a.m. on Tuesday morning, September 1st, in Westlawn Cemetery in Littleton.
