Waltham Mrs. Mary L. (Brusie) Lanctot of Waltham died Saturday, December 31, 2005 at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. She was 100 years old. Born in Italy, a daughter of the late Chielso and Carmela (Bertonazzi) Brusie, she came to the United States as an infant and was raised in Southborough. She had lived in Watertown before moving to Waltham in 1942 and had been employed at the Hood Rubber Company in Watertown. The wife of the late George E. Lanctot, she leaves her children, Carolyn L. Foster of Manchester, New Jersey, Barbara J. Starmer-Coen of Waltham and George E. Lanctot, Jr. of Honolulu, Hawaii; two sisters, Albena Ambrosini of Framingham and Margaret Brusie of Templeton; 6 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was also the mother of the late Constance Pangburn, Audrey Lanctot and Robert Lanctot. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral at 9:30 a.m. Thursday from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint Jude Church, 147 Main Street, Waltham at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in Southborough Rural Cemetery, Southborough. Visiting hours are Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
