Mary T. Lombard

Waltham – Mrs. Mary T. (Collura) Lombard, of Waltham, died Tuesday, February 20, 2007 at Lahey Clinic, Burlington. She was 72. Born in Waltham, a daughter of the late Charles and Isabella (Seminerio) Collura, Mary was a lifelong resident. She devoted her life to caring for her husband and children and had been long active in various organizations and activities at Sacred Heart Church in Waltham. She had also been associated with the Whittemore School PTA for many years. She leaves her husband, Charles C. Lombard; her children, Matthew J. Lombard of West Yarmouth, Charles J. ‘Chuck’ Lombard and his wife, Laurie-Anne, of Waltham and Karen A. Mangan and her husband, James, of Waltham; her grandchildren, Jessica A. Hopkins, Charles C. and Michael C. Lombard; one brother, Joseph J. Collura of Waltham; one sister, Grace E. Alberico of Waltham and many nieces and nephews. Mary was also a sister of the late Michael, Charles, Salvatore, and Jenney Collura and Ella Iagulli. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral at 8 a.m. Saturday from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, 311 River Street, Waltham at 9 a.m. Burial will be in Mount Feake Cemetery, Waltham. Visiting hours are Friday from 3 to 8 p.m.
