Mary Ann Seale

Waltham - Mrs. Mary Ann (Sampson) Seale, of Waltham, died Tuesday, June 24, 2008 in her home. She was 53. A lifelong Waltham resident, Mary Ann was a member of the American Pool Association Pool League, the Women of the Moose, Lodge 1018, in Waltham and the Ladies Auxiliary of the Joseph F. Hill American Legion Post 156 in Waltham. She was the wife of the late Thomas I. Seale, the daughter of the late Francis and Dorothy (McAvoy) Sampson, and the sister of the late Lorraine Sampson. Mary Ann is survived by her sons, Sean M. Cotter of Acton and Todd M. Cotter and his wife, Patrycja, of Marlborough; her grandchildren, Devin J., Jenna L., Brendan R., and Heather H. Cotter; her sister, Marilyn Powell of Watertown; two nephews, and her dear friend, Raymond Deneault. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Monday at 9 a.m. from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint Charles Borromeo Church, 51 Hall Street, Waltham at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Mount Feake Cemetery, Waltham. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m.
