Maryann T. Kelliher

Waltham - Mrs. Maryam T. (Hickey) Kelliher, of Waltham, died Thursday, June 14, 2007 in Newton-Wellesley Hospital. She was 74.
A lifelong resident of Waltham, Mrs. Kelliher was a blade sharpener for the Beckton-Dickinson Company retiring in September of 1994. Prior to that, she was an operator for the New Telephone Company.
Mrs. Kelliher was a member of Saint Jude Church and a former member of Our Lady’s Church in Waltham. She was a lifetime member of the Good Sam RV Club.
Mrs. Kelliher was the daughter of the late Cornelius and Mary (McDermott) Hickey and the sister of the late Katherine Fitzgerald and Rita Devlin.
She is survived by her husband, Robert C. Kelliher; her son, Robert M. Kelliher of San Francisco California; her daughter, Margaret A. Mahoney and her husband, George, of Bronx, New York; her grandson, Stuart Mahoney of New York; her brother, Neil Hickey of Peabody and many nieces and nephews.
The Funeral will be held Wednesday, June 20, at 9:30 a.m. from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint Jude Church, 147 Main Street, Waltham at 10:30 am. Burial will be in Mount Feake Cemetery, Waltham.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Children’s Hospital Trust, One Autumn Street, #731, Boston, MA 02115-5301.
