Michael R. Barton, of Waltham, passed away at his home on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at the age of 61.
Mike was born in Marlborough, the son of the late Alfred and Theresa (Santella) Barton, and was raised in Hudson. After graduating from Hudson High School, he earned his bachelor’s degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

He was also a beloved member of Antioch Community Church of Waltham where he formed many lasting friendships. As a dedicated member of the South Coast Tropical Fish Society, he found great joy in caring for his fish and sharing his passion for aquatic life with others.
He is survived by his beloved son, Michael J. Barton of Waltham; his sister, Tammy Johnson, and her husband, Todd Johnson, of Hudson, along with their children; as well as many cherished cousins.
