Michael A. Collura

Mr. Michael A. Collura of Waltham died Monday, July 25, 2005 in his home. He was 77. A lifelong Waltham resident, Mr. Collura was a custodian for the Waltham Public School Department. He was a member of the Sons of Italy in Waltham. Mr. Collura was a Korean War veteran who served in the U.S. Army. Mr. Collura was the son of the late Charles and Isabella (Seminerio) Collura and a brother of the late Ella Iagulli, Charles, Salvatore, and Jenney Collura. He is survived by his sisters, Mary Lombard and Grace Alberico both of Waltham; his brother, Joseph Collura of Waltham; and many nieces and nieces and nephews. The Funeral will be held on Thursday at 9 a.m. from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, 311 River Street, Waltham at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Mount Feake Cemetery, Waltham.
