Michael I. Cromer

Waltham – Mr. Michael I. Cromer, of Waltham, died on Tuesday January 13, 2015. He was 48.

Mike was born in Chicago, Illinois on August 19, 1966, a son of Louise (Zwicky) Cromer and the late Richard Byrd Cromer. He attended both Bowling Green and Ball State University. He had moved to Waltham six years ago and was working for Johnson Controls. He will be missed dearly by his family and many friends.

He is survived by his wife, Silvana Machado Cromer; his step-daughter Anna Luiza Machado; his mother Louise (Zwicky) Cromer of Evanston, Illinois; his brothers, Burton G. Cromer of New York City, Thomas F. Cromer and his wife, Claudia, of Waltham and David M. Cromer of New York City; his nephews, Richard, Michael and Andrew Cromer and many cousins.

Family and friends will honor and remember Michael's life by gathering for calling hours on Monday, January 19th from 5 to 8 p.m. in the Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham and will conclude with his funeral service at 8 p.m. Burial will be private.
