Mildred M. Schools

Waltham - Mrs. Mildred M. (Murray) Schools, of Waltham, died Wednesday, May 16th, 2007 in Newton-Wellesley Hospital. She was 93. Born in Newton, a daughter of the late Thomas and Mary (O’Brien) Murray, Mildred was a homemaker and had lived in Waltham for most of her life. She was the wife of the late Francis P. Schools. She leaves her children, Ronald P. Schools of Jacksonville, Florida, Shirley L. Veno of York, Maine, Marsha C. Vahey of Wellesley and Gail P. Torrens of Tampa, Florida; one sister, Mercedes A. Stankard of Waltham, eleven grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild and many nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass will be offered at 1 p.m. Monday in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel of Saint Charles Borromeo Church, 51 Hall Street, Waltham. Burial will follow in Mount Feake Cemetery, Waltham.
