Waltham - Mrs. Moira A. (Sullivan) Chambers, of Waltham, died Wednesday, March 18, 2009 in Newton-Wellesley Hospital. She was 47.
Born on December 23, 1961, a daughter of Peggy Ann (Brayne) Sullivan of Waltham, and the late David M. Sullivan, Moira was a health care worker for many years.
In addition to her mother, Moira leaves her husband James P. Chambers, her two daughters, Kaitlyn L. Chambers and Maddie A. Chambers both of Waltham, her brothers and sisters, Michael D. Sullivan, and Sheila M. Clifford and her husband, Larry, all of Waltham, Joseph P. Sullivan and his wife, Kelly, of Watertown, Colleen M. O'Donnell and her husband, Paul, of Concord, Shauna M. Chamberlain-Leger and her husband, Tom, of Raymond, New Hampshire, Mary Ann Higgins of Ayer, Maureen A. Falzone and her husband, Pat, of Ashland, and Deidre A. Costa and her husband, David, of Londonderry, New Hampshire. Moira is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will honor and remember Moira's life by gathering for calling hours at The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte.20), Waltham on Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. and again at 8 a.m. on Monday before leaving in procession to Saint Mary's Church, 133 School Street, Waltham where her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham.
