Mrs. Nancy F. (Edmonds) Muise Beltramini, of South Dartmouth, formerly of Maynard, died Wednesday, February 15, 2012 in Royal Taber Nursing Facility. She was 80.
Nancy was born on December 12, 1931 in Boston a daughter of the late Grace Edmonds. Raised in Brookline she was a graduate of Brookline High School. She was a resident of Maynard for over 30 years. While living in Maynard she was a constant, familiar and friendly staple at The Donut Shop where she worked for many years. Previously, she had worked at both Digital Equipment Corporation in Maynard and Omni Media in Stow.
She and her husband, Vincent L. Beltramini moved to South Dartmouth over 15 years ago. She loved her work at The Packet Store, a boutique, and was working until 6 months ago.
Christmas was her most favorite time of year. Nancy would spend hours decorating her tree so that each ornament was perfect and methodically placed. She made it a magical time of year for family and friends. She also enjoyed gardening and boating and much loved chiwawa, "Matty."
In addition to her husband, Vinny, she leaves her children, Owen M. Muise of Germany, Fern M. Downing and her husband, Jodi, of Ossipee NH, Lee T. Muise and his wife, Sheila, of Hopkinton, and Jill M. Cogan and her husband, Jim, of Acton. Also survived by ten grandchildren.
Family and friends will honor and remember Nancy's life by gathering for her calling hours on Friday from 4-8 pm in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street, (Rte. 20), Waltham. Funeral Services and burial are private.
