Nancy Bucknam

Waltham – Mrs. Nancy (Galiazzo) Bucknam, of Waltham, died on Sunday, April 23, 2017 in Newton Wellesley Hospital. She was 74.
Nancy was born in Maryland on May 19, 1942, a daughter of the late Joseph and Dorothy (Marshall) Galiazzo. She was raised and educated in Winchester and married Waltham native Herbert J. Bucknam on August 29, 1964. Before her retirement she had worked as a bank teller for various local banks. She was a very religious woman and enjoyed her ministry at Kingdom Hall in Newton.
She was the wife of the late Herbert J. Bucknam and mother of the late Cynthia A. Bucknam.
She is survived by her son, Ronald H. Bucknam of Waltham; her sister Janice Davis of Burlington and is also survived by two nephews and a host of friends.
Family and friends will honor and remember Nancy's life by gathering for graveside services on Friday, April 28th, 2017 in Ridgelawn Cemetery, Watertown at 11 a.m.
All are invited to visit at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 29th in Kingdom Hall, 1672 Washington Street, Newton where a memorial talk will be given at 3 p.m.
