Nancy Gibson

Gardner – Mrs. Nancy (Passerello) Gibson, of Gardner, died September 29, 2011 at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. She was 57.

Nancy was born on October 18, 1953 in Waltham, a daughter of the late Francesco and Loretta (Allain) Passerello. She was raised in Acton and had moved to Gardner 37 years ago. She was a certified nurse's assistant and had worked at the Burbank Hospital and also worked in the Gardner school system as a teacher's assistant. Nancy and her family were also longtime members of Higher Ground Ministries in Gardner.

She leaves her husband James A. Gibson; her children, Thomas F. Gibson, William J. Gibson and Christina M. Gibson, all of Gardner; her grandchild Gabrielle Rosario; her siblings, Joseph Passerello of FL, Edward Passerello of Pepperell, Carol Young of Westfield and Sandra Scribner of Florida and many nieces and nephews.

Nancy was beloved by many and her life will be honored and remembered during calling hours in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham on Wednesday, October 5th, from 6 to 8 p.m.and again at 6 o'clock on Thursday evening at Higher Ground Ministries, 186 Central Street, Gardner when her funeral service will be held.
