Nancy D. LaRosa

Maynard - Mrs. Nancy D. (Kenney) LaRosa of Maynard, formerly of Waltham, died Monday February 6, 2006 at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Boston. She was 50. Born in Everett, a daughter of Kathleen (Sheehan) McColgan of Framingham and the late Ralph Kenney, she worked as a cashier for many years at Grossman's Lumber Yard in Framingham. She leaves her husband, James E. LaRosa; her son, Michael LaRosa; two brothers, John Kenney and his wife, Patricia of Wakefield and Robert Kenney and his wife, Angelina of Las Vegas, Nevada; two sisters, Pam Spear and Patricia Kenney both of Framingham; her mother-in-law, Mary M. (Desmond) LaRosa of Marlboro; her sisters-in-law, Priscilla Freda and her husband, Warren of Hudson, Eleanor Carey and her husband, Ralph of Westminster and Patrice Giles and her husband, Andrew of Stow and many nieces and nephews. She was also a foster mother to many children. Nancy was also the daughter-in-law of the late John J. LaRosa. The Funeral will be held on Thursday at 9 a.m. from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte.20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, 311 River Street, Waltham at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Mount Feake Cemetery, Waltham. Visiting hours will be held Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
