Nora A. Buckett

Waltham - Mrs. Nora A. (Cronin) Buckett of Waltham died Tuesday, January 18, 2005 in Maristhill Nursing Home. She was 90. Born in Jerome, Arizona, a daughter of the late Dennis and Mary (Hourihan) Cronin, she was a Waltham resident for many years where she enjoyed working as a cake decorator for May’s Bakery in Waltham. She was the sister of the late Dennis Cronin, Jr., Francis Cronin, Helen Bradley, Mary Cronin, Margaret Welch, and mother-in-law of the late John Bulla. She is survived by two daughters, Joanne A. Bushlow and her husband William of Woodsville, NH, Berenice J. Dean and her husband Edward of Reading; one brother, John Cronin of Waltham; two sisters, Elizabeth Cronin of Concord and Catherine Young of Rockland; her grandchildren, Jeanne, Marianne, John Robert, Thomas, and Jack; her great-grandchildren, Catherine, Samantha, Kristin, Duncan, Lilia, Linnea, and many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews. The Funeral will be held Monday at 8 a.m. from The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte.20), Waltham followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint Mary’s Church, 133 School Street, Waltham at 9 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Waltham.
