Norman D. Budge

Norman D. Budge, a longtime resident of Framingham, MA, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, on January 12, 2025, at the age of 66, after a long battle with Frontotemporal dementia. 

Born to the late Donald M. Budge and the late Eveleen B. Budge, Norman grew up in Newton Lower Falls with a deep sense of loyalty to his family. A proud graduate of Bentley College, Norman graduated in 1982 earning two degrees and went on to build a successful and respected career as an accountant.

Norman is survived by his loving wife, Eileen, with whom he shared a life filled with love and partnership for 35 years; his cherished daughter, Kerri, who was the light of his life; his twin brother Raymond Budge of Framingham; his brother Peter Budge (Brenda) of Newton Lower Falls, and many in-laws, nephews and nieces. 

Norman was also the brother of the late Christopher Budge. 

Norman will be remembered for his steadfast commitment to his family, his sharp intellect, and his unwavering kindness. He touched the lives of those around him with his generosity, humor, and warmth.

Family and friends are invited to honor and remember Norman’s life by gathering in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham, for a Morning Wake on Wednesday, January 22nd from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. before leaving in procession to St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, 258 Concord Street, Newton Lower Falls where his funeral service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
