Mrs. Olga D. Williams, of Waltham, died Friday, January 15, 2010 in The Christopher House, Worcester. She was 98. Olga was born July 9, 1911 in Boston, a daughter of the late Michael and Dorothy (Pippen) Tankuns and lived in Waltham most of her life. She is predeceased by her husband of 25 years, Ellsworth 'Al' Williams. She worked as a bookkeeper for over 20 years at the Woodside Sunoco Garage on Weston Street in Waltham before retiring. An avid outdoor gardener, she spent many happy hours tending to her flower beds. Olga is survived by her niece, Helen Kingsley of New London, NH; grand-nieces, Nancy Kingsley of New London, NH and Mary Frances Kingsley and her husband, Michael Donnelly of Paxton and their children, Katherine and Peter Donnelly. Family and friends will honor and remember Olga's life by gathering at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday January 24th in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte.20), Waltham where her funeral service will be held. Burial will follow in Gethsemane Cemetery, West Roxbury. Memorial donations may be made to Gore Place, 52 Gore Street, Waltham, MA 02453.
